The Challenge
As IoT sensor data passes over the Internet it is vulnerable to interception or tampering.
The standard solution is to protect this data stream via a VPN but this is not possible where the device is too ‘dumb’ to support VPN configuration.
It is also complex to provision, troubleshoot and maintain since VPN configuration is stored on each individual device.

With stacuity, data traffic is secured by VPN within the network, before being sent to the customer’s server.
Customers control the set-up themselves, at the network level.
So it is secure, even if the IoT sensor/device cannot itself support VPN configuration.
Different configurations can be easily established for different groups of SIMs in real-time, down to the individual SIM level, if that is required.
