What is an Operator Policy and why is it needed?
Different use cases have different requirements; some require mobility, some are sensitive to costs, some need wide coverage or high performance, and the criticality and performance of the network also vary. An operator policy controls which networks a device can use and, therefore, the countries where it can be used. With an operator policy, use case priorities can be balanced appropriately.
