Feature Update 1: Bundle Enhancements

We’ve introduced a more intuitive way to manage sequence IDs by grouping them together, making it significantly easier to view ICCIDs alongside their corresponding iterations. You still have the flexibility to expand and view each individual bundle. Additionally, we’ve added new filters for ICCID and IMSI, making navigation and data management more seamless.

Feature Update 2: Default Customer Configuration

Creating and managing customer accounts just got easier.

• New Customers: You can now define a default configuration when creating a new customer, streamlining SIM activation from the outset.
• Existing Customers: Default configurations can now be applied directly from the tenant portal via the “Actions” menu—no impersonation required.
• Endpoint Assignment: When assigning endpoints to a customer, you can now apply them directly to the default endpoint group. This will automatically activate the SIMs and may trigger applicable charges based on your commercial agreements.
• Batch Provisioning: The same auto-provisioning behaviour applies when provisioning endpoints in bulk—allowing you to assign multiple endpoints to a pre-configured customer with full activation in a single step.

Feature Update 3: Global Event Maps – Deletion Capability

This much-requested feature is now available. Customers now have the ability to delete Global Event Maps when they are no longer required, helping to maintain a clean and efficient system.

Feature Update 4: Clone Endpoint Groups

To save time and reduce repetition, you can now clone existing endpoint groups, including all associated configurations. Once cloned, these groups can be modified as needed—such as changing the operator policy—without the need to rebuild from scratch.
