We are delighted to welcome Prashan Dasarath as our new Technical Support Analyst.

Prashan has spent over 18 years within the IT sector, working across a range of technologies and environments where he has developed a strong foundation in troubleshooting and customer support.

Q: Tell us about your career to date

A: “I’ve spent over 18 years working in IT, with experience across a wide range of technologies and environments. Most recently, I worked as an IT engineer supporting bespoke applications, which gave me a strong foundation in troubleshooting, customer support, and understanding complex systems.

Q: Why did you choose to join Stacuity?

A: “Stacuity stood out as a place with a great working culture, a strong team dynamic, and genuinely good people. It feels like the kind of environment where I can contribute meaningfully while continuing to grow.”

Q: What will you be doing at Stacuity and what impact do you hope to have?

A: “I’m joining as a Technical Support Analyst (Level 1) on the Helpdesk. My goal is to build deep knowledge of the platform and add real value within Operations – Customer Support. I’m hoping to become someone the team and our customers can rely on.”

Q: What are you most looking forward to?

A: “I’ve heard the learning curve is steep, and honestly, that’s exactly what I’m looking forward to. I’m ready to dive in, absorb as much as I can, and get fully stuck into the work.
