Q: Tell us about your career to date

A: “I’ve built my career around customer delivery and project management, working across consultancy, retail, and professional services. I started in operations and team leadership but quickly realised I was energised by helping customers succeed. There’s real satisfaction in understanding what they need, solving problems as they come up, and being someone they can actually rely on to get stuff done. I’ve handled portfolios for big brands and enterprise clients, juggling large teams and complex stakeholder relationships across multiple countries. I’ve worked with small consultancies, where I learnt to move fast and adapt across different sectors, and in larger corporate environments, where I’ve scaled teams and processes as companies grew.”

Q: Why did you choose to join Stacuity?

A: “I was looking for a company at an early stage of growth where I could add real value. Stacuity’s at that exciting stage right now, solving a real problem for customers, and I wanted to be part of that. I’m a customer person through and through, and I’ve been on the scale-up journey before. I loved that experience, and I’m excited to be part of Stacuity’s next chapter.”

Q: What will you be doing at Stacuity and what impact do you hope to have?

A: “I’m leading customer implementations from discovery through to go-live, acting as the main point of contact throughout. It’s an exciting time as we scale and expand into new markets, so I’ll be helping deliver for our growing customer base.”

Q: What are you most looking forward to?

A: “Being part of a team in growth mode. I’ve experienced that energy before, and I love it. I’m genuinely excited about helping our customers realise the value Stacuity brings them. I’m also looking forward to learning from the team here and seeing how they approach building something innovative.”
