We are delighted to welcome Ashley Leece as our new Technical Support Analyst.
With strong experience working with Linux and Kubernetes-based environments and closely collaborating with developers, Ashley will provide essential support as we continue to scale.
Q: Tell us about your career to date
A: “I initially started my career by providing remote support for businesses across the Isle of Man with Manx Technology Group. I then decided to explore my options by becoming a software developer for the Isle of Man Post Office, where I discovered I enjoyed designing and architecting systems. I then moved to Derivco as an IT engineer and over time progressed into a DevOps/Platform Engineering role. This required working heavily within Linux and Kubernetes-based environments, closely collaborating with developers to debug and ensure systems remained reliable, performant and scalable.“
Q: Why did you choose to join Stacuity?
A: “I’ve chosen Stacuity because I am interested in their way of thinking and their plans for the future. Stacuity appears to be an exciting business utilising modern technology, and I’m keen to see what I can contribute with my experience and interests. I’m always up for a challenge, and I’m eager to apply my skills to contribute to the company’s growth and development.”
Q: What will you be doing at Stacuity and what impact do you hope to have?
A: “I’m joining Stacuity as a Technical Support Analyst. I’m excited to learn new things and diversify in different and new technologies.
My passion lies in optimising technology, problem-solving and helping others. I’m excited about collaborating with everyone and supporting the company on its journey.“

A: “I’m most looking forward to learning more about how Stacuity operates and gaining exposure to new technologies. I’m excited to explore a new area of IT, broaden my skills, and contribute to projects where I can make a meaningful impact and be actively involved.
I have always had a keen interest in technology for as long as I can remember, both at work and in my free time. I’m always tinkering with something, and I’m excited about the prospect of a new challenge.“
